Do you take insurance?

SportsFit Physical Therapy does not accept insurance. But if your insurance plan includes out of network benefits you can submit for reimbursement after your session.

What should i wear to my appointment?

Please wear comfortable clothing to your appointment that won’t restrict your ability to move around freely. Wear, or bring, shorts if you have a lower body issue. For upper body injuries please wear a tank top.

does dry needling hurt?

No, dry needling is not painful. Most people describe the sensation as a deep ache or cramp and you will feel the muscle twitch.
